Really he isn ‘ t I but this one is a question for my friend who wants to move to cozumel and he asked himself can he moves without having an expedition direction or must he have one?

If only I could move again, it should Cozumel, Mexico. It is remote, but inhabited. People who truly trust. Living there is cheap (long term) and could start working on my tan,,,, finally. Where to go?
